- Explore demand in your area—student or professional
- Share honest advice on small changes to enhance appeal
- Ensure you’re fully compliant with current legislation
- Once ready, we’ll showcase your property with thoughtful photography, video tours, floorplans, and lifestyle-led listings—shared across the major portals, our website, and social channels.

From applicants to move-in
With interest generated, we’ll carefully handle every enquiry to ensure only the right tenants are shortlisted. From there, we’ll:
- Host all viewings on your behalf
- Carry out thorough tenant and guarantor referencing
- Manage tenancy negotiations and agreements
- Register deposits securely with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme
On move-in day, we’ll welcome your tenants, manage utilities, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Ongoing care and management
Our support continues long after the keys are handed over. We’ll be there to:
- Carry out six-monthly property visits and rental reviews
