- Completing reference checks with care and confidentiality
- Collecting a holding deposit to reserve the property
- Presenting your application to the landlord for approval

Moving in with confidence
When your tenancy is confirmed, we’ll:
- Prepare your tenancy agreement and arrange signatures digitally
- Register your deposit with an approved scheme for complete peace of mind
- Carry out an inventory so you know the home is in excellent condition before you arrive
- Welcome you with keys in hand to your new home.
